# This Bird You Cannot Change | 2018-12-09
|

|
||
- Brumwik has decided completely on his own that the inspiration giving stone is named ‘Steve’s Ball’
|
||
- Brumwik is officially the caretaker of Steve’s Ball
|
||
- The Crown of fire goes deeper into the cave and sees a cave vagina.
|
||
- Billy jumps over the Cave Vagina and promptly falls into a pit.
|
||
- The others get around the Cave Vagina, and we continue forward into a chamber.
|
||
- A wall of fire closes the way out.
|
||
- Balial talks to us in our heads with a riddle.
|
||
- The answer is fear.
|
||
- There are two ghostbusters hounds in the room.
|
||
- Brumwik mounts one.
|
||
- Balricstein picks up the Rod of the Pact Keeper from a shrine of Balial.
|
||
- Billy slaps the butt of the mastiff Brumwik is riding.
|
||
- Billy gets frustrated that Balial won’t talk to him and leaves.
|
||
- Everyone else leaves.
|
||
- Brumwik puts his ring on Balricsteins Rod.
|
||
- The Crown of Fire mounts up and flies toward where the clouds are being made.
|
||
- As we approach we see an enormous structure atop an enormous mountain.
|
||
- The Crown of Fire flies to the tallest tower.
|
||
- The windows are 6ft wide.
|
||
- The Crown of Fire lands by the front door.
|
||
- Billy exclaims What Knockers!
|
||
- Billy climbs onto Balric’s shoulders.
|
||
- Billy knocks on the door with the knockers.
|
||
- Nobody answers.
|
||
- Billy pushes on the door.
|
||
- The door opens.
|
||
- We go in and close the door mostly to not let the cold in.
|
||
- Billy shouts IS ANYBODY HOME.
|
||
- Nobody answers.
|
||
- The Crown of Fire goes upstairs.
|
||
- Billy is winded from the stairs.
|
||
- Billy goes to the closed door and knocks.
|
||
- Nobody answers.
|
||
- Billy pushes on the door to see if it is locked.
|
||
- It is not locked.
|
||
- Billy opens the door.
|
||
- It’s a library. Nobody is inside.
|
||
- We hear a gigantic smash outside.
|
||
- The giant says “Damnit, how long do I have to look?”
|
||
- Billy shouts “What’s up dude?”
|
||
- Brumwik sees him to be a cloud giant.
|
||
- The giant goes inside, and the crown of fire goes to find him.
|
||
- Balricstein and Ulligul methodically go down each stair.
|
||
- Brumwik and Billy climb up the bannister and Billy uses Brumwik as a surfboard as they slide all the way down.
|
||
- Billy does a sweet flip at the bottom and sticks the landing, though a little wobbly.
|
||
- The Crown of Fire goes into the observatory room and sees a tornadomachine, as well as a city in the clouds.
|
||
- The Crown of Fire start to smell venison?
|
||
- The Crown of Fire follow our nose to the kitchen.
|
||
- The Crown of Fire sees the giant cooking two whole deer.
|
||
- Billy shouts out to the giant,
|
||
- The giant looks over but otherwise ignores us.
|
||
- Brumwik tries to get the giants attention by stamping on his foot
|
||
- The giant slaps him away seeing him as a pest
|
||
- Balricstein yells out to the giant and says he has a chef if he needs help.
|
||
- The giant seems annoyed.
|
||
- He is interested in bear meat.
|
||
- He tells us to sit at the table.
|
||
- Brumwik climbs up onto the chair.
|
||
- Billy climbs up onto the table and sits down.
|
||
- The giant sits down and begins eating.
|
||
- Billy convinces him that they can help him find what he needs.
|
||
- Billy gives him some bear and The Giant uses it as spices.
|
||
- The cloud giants used to rule over Astoria, but over time the various giants had wars and they lost the knowledge to make the floating cities.
|
||
- He is trying to draw in the city to reappear.
|
||
- He is doing daily trips to the floating city to gather information.
|
||
- He has searching for 5 years for a book about this
|
||
- Billy tries to convince him to let them stay for the night, and fails.
|
||
- The Crown of Fire wanders back out and gets to the mounts.
|
||
- They plan to fly to the cloud city later. |
