# Numenera 02-02-25
- The snake corpse begins to beep as he is killed. Tadej and Logan both dodge an explosion from it.
- DAN'S SHIELD RULES: Pg. 98, under "Other Equipment". Gives you an asset for Speed Defense tasks.
- Tubora is buried along with the snake as Logan covers them with a barrier. "Dan and Peter killed her." -- Adam.
- Both the snake and Tubora are evaporated, we can't even loot the corpse. Calder says that we have a time machine, we can fix this. Her hand is still there in the Hand of Annihilation, so we have a forearm of her to try and clone or fix somehow.
- Calder and Logan begin to examine the time travel machine. They decide Calder should send Logan and Tadej back in time to save Tubora from blowing up.
- We decide to time travel back, with Tadej in a silver outfit from Logan and with a burlap bag on his head. The plan is for him to grab the snake and throw it through the window while Logan makes a hole in the window pane.
- Logan and Tadej walk through the portal to start the series of events over. We are in an office with two dead snake people in the office. We can hear a battle going on nearby. It is in the lower chamber, perhaps?
- We peek out and see the main chamber where we were as empty. The fighting is going on near the time travel chamber below. Logan crawls out and looks through the window stealthily. He sees a humanoid zooming past the window, somehow, at great speed.
- Below, Tadej is dead in orange armor and Logan is flying around fighting snake people. Logan puts on the amusement park shirt backwards.
- As we charge into the combat, Tubora suddenly grabs us both by the collar and stops us, saying we need to let them die. She says that she has gone through multiple time instances and kept jumping.
- Finally, we hear familiar voices, it is us! We are hiding in the other room and suddenly the tentacle grenade pulls on Logan. Suddenly, Jesse's team shows up and begins to save the Hognoses.
- They are all confused by a silver mystery creature (Tadej from the future). He runs forward, grabs the snake creature, and throws it onto Tubora's sword. Logan cuts a hole into the window while this is happening.
- Tubora kills the snake by piercing its heart, but this prevents the countdown and instantly deals 62 damage to everyone in the room. Everyone in the room dies. Logan in the other room survives, along with Jesse in the staircase. She leads Logan down to the bodies below in the warehouse and says we must return two days from then, back to the Emperor's room. Logan loots a cypher jetpack off of a dead Logan.
