# Numenera 4-28-24
- Tadej throws a glowglobe into the building. It suddenly sprouts wings and becomes a firefly.
- We enter the building. Ozzi and I attempt to fly Logan around as bugs. We take off and fly around. We see a large spider nest with armored guard bugs outside it.
- We find a town square and bazaar as we fly over.
- It seems the praying mantis and spiders have a rivalry here.
- We go to the bazaar. Logan wants a human-to-bug language book. He doesn't find one. there is a bug cypher seller here.
- Suddenly, a voice appears in our heads. Logan and Ozzi discuss with it, and it turns out to be the voice of the queen's daughter. She questions what we are since we have such advanced minds.
- Logan buys a Construction Foam cypher after borrowing 3 ration packs (honey) from Tadej. Ozzi will hold onto it.
- We receive an audience with the princess spider after a giant wolf spider guard questions us at the door. She is Vespara, second daughter of the spider queen.
- The is old, and Octavia, the first daughter, expects to take over. But she is manipulative, and Vespara does not trust her because she still asks for sacrifice. Vespara has invented a fake meat product to eat instead for the kingdom.
- Logan scans her and sees Vespara is 0.05% human.
- Vespara wants us to sneak into Octavia's home and regain the evidence that Vespara had at one time.
- We leave and talk to the flies. Apparently they trust the queen and the praying mantis regime was much worse. Rent is up and more and more are selling off eggs to make ends meet.
- We head to the mantis area and ask them about their policies. They say we need to overthrow the two princesses and then the real queen will rule.
- Another voice in our head, this one Octavia. She knows via spies that we visited with Vespara. She admits to having evidence. But, she says Vespara is buying eggs from the flies and growing them only to be eaten.
- We fly Logan out of the tunnels and head to the exit to have privacy.
- We decide to create an uprising of peasant bugs to overthrow all three different rulers.
- We will need some sort of mental protection from the princesses, hand signals of some sort, take over the pheromone productions. We also need eggs and honey before going inside.
