# Dnd Notes 07-02-23
|
||||
- After seeing the large amount of torches moving towards us from every direction we head back into the throne room. Bram barricades the door with a Wall of Force while Neif teleports us back to the entrance of the city
|
||||
- We re-dig out the entrance and take a long rest inside
|
||||
- Bram finds some more of the mushrooms that Davric had found last time we came through
|
||||
- Tazlin rides Temptation (in Dire Wolf form) while Neif leads Bram and Davric through the darkness
|
||||
- We approach a building where the front is collapsed a bit, Neif reads the sign that says "Goldforgers Guild"
|
||||
- Bram finds a quill with a silver shaft, he grabs it for Davric
|
||||
- There is a lockbox that Neif had the key for. It had 46 gold and a pendant with the symbol of the Goldforgers Guild with some strange writing on the back
|
||||
- We look through Davric notes for some info about what language the writing might be but we can't figure out his organizational system
|
||||
- We make camp in the kitchen
|
||||
- We find ourselves back in the great hall, there are no signs of the goblins and orcs
|
||||
- We decidedly avoid the throne room this time and head down another another hall and come across another great door. Its not locked but doesn't open easily. The hinges seem to be corroded. Neif uses some acid to dissolve the hinges and Tazlin carefully guides the door and leans it against the wall
|
||||
- Inside seems to be a church with large stone benches. According to the map this should be the crystal room and there is a large apparatus that seems like the would hold a crystal but it is missing
|
||||
- We head down some stairs into a cavern with glowing crystals.

||||
- Tazlin uses his crown to learn about the Shadow of Tethlyamar (spelling?) it appears to be a special Balor. It has gone back to sleep deep in the cavern. 600ish HP, CR of 29 high con, wisdom, strength. Legendary resistance, Abyssal, telepathy. Fire poison immunity. Resistance to Ice and non-magical attacks. Lightning sword and fire whip
